Cheat or not I can't find his chuffin book. $200,000 for something that can't be easily found on the internet.. seems a reasonable request.

Henry Despres played as 'Fianchetto1967' at chess.com...and formerly as 'chess2Knights'. I can't find any other account linked to him. Funnily enough his fianchetto account appears to be 'active', or at least not displaying any reference to being banned anyway.
I can't find it available online, but I found reference to, 'Study My Games to Improve Your Chess', 2010, by Henry Despres. It might even be a different Mr Despres but hey ho 🙂

Don't let my rating here fool you. OTB I am well respected and teach chess to a very high level. I am the one that pushed Carlsen to the top. I am a humble person though, and he respects my wishes in wanting to keep a low profile.

How did these cheaters get hold of Al's legs ?

Cheating in chess should be just like when someone uses sport enhancing drugs, if you get caught you should be banned for life!
