What do people hope to achieve by this sort of one-sided public attack?
If someone is cheating, there is only one way to have action taken against them - through the mods. Moreover, people have been told not to make or discuss cheating accusations in the forums.
People who do are the ones risking action against them. And rightly so.

Well I guess it's time for me to comment, and I'd like to thank a friend for pointing me in this direction.
First off I realize that this thread had very little point in ever becoming a real challenge. I've already played trains44 and he's very aware that he can send a rechallenge at anytime.
Second I will say it once again, I completely refuse to cower before you whiny ass punks anymore. I will play every game to it's fullest and I will kick most of your asses. I will not hold back ever again because of fear of being banned. If you don't like me or my game, petition russ to have me banned because I don't care anymore. It's this type of mob rule that has destroyed this site for anyone with a decent sense or desire to improve their game. I will continue to improve and get better. Whether I do it here, at another site or even across the board means little to me at this point.
In a recent example I have just finished two games against an opponent who also did some "hinting". In two games we made a total of 23 moves. one game had 10 moves, all book all perfectly normal moves, he resigned. In the other a total of 13 moves. 10 of these were also book moves. 3 moves out of book and when he threatened my queen and I moved it, he accused me of cheating and then resigned. I'm not going to leave my queen sitting there en prise just so I don't look like a cheater.
I'm not making any "amazingly brilliant" moves. I'm not doing any complex or 20 move deep checkmating combinations. I just play straight forward logical chess. I have an amazing 19 games going on right now and make maybe 10-15 moves on a busy day here. It does'nt take a genuis to beat most of you. I realize this is an isult to your ego but it's something you're just gonna have to deal with on your own.
You can threaten and bully me all you want, I realize this may even work against some of your other opponents, but it won't work on me anymore. I will never toss another game on this site. If that means I'm to be banned then so be it.
