To produce the chessboard with the notes embedded, I made the following edits:
1. Inserting "[ pgn ]" (without quotes or spacing) at the start.
2. Appending "[ /pgn ]" (likewise) at the end.
3. Inserting a period after each move number.
4. Deleting any move numbers that immediately preceded a Black move.
5. Enclosed all annotations in curly braces ( "{" and "}" ).
I found that many of the notes were greater than the website's apparent threshold for display in PGN. So, I deleted them all and then added back some of them.
@Duchess64
How does Na4 blunder away a piece?
But I think that Nd5 would have been better for white than undeveloping the knight.
@Duchess64
Why could I not see that? Because I suck. It is as simple as that. Of course I was going to go with Nd5 in that position, so in the game my terrible thought would never have shown up.
Thanks for the explanation. No thanks for the condesending comment.
@Duchess64
You do seem to babble on about nothing as if this discussion was in the debates forum. The chess forum is not an appropriate place for your needless blatherings.
A few thoughts, which I've kept brief by focusing on what seemed to be the main variations.
12. Nb1.
12. e5 seems thematic (to fight for the d5-square). After 12...dxe5 13. fxe5 dxc3 14. exf6 Qxf6 15. Rb1 O-O 16. O-O Bd6 (intending to meet 17. Bxb7 by 17...Bxh2+! followed by 18...Qh4 [ with or without check ] ) 17. bxc3, White seems to have adequate play for the extra pawn island.
13...Bd7.
13...Re8 readies to take aim at the e-pawn while impeding its advance. One continuation would be 14. Qd3 Bd8 15. O-O Bd7 16. b3 Bb5 17. Nc4 Bxc4 18. bxc4 Rc8 19. Ba3 Qc7 20. Qxd4 Qxc4 21. Qxc4 Rxc4 22. Bxd6 Nxe4 23. Bxe4 Rexe4 24. Rfe1 f5, with much the better ending for Black.
The post that was quoted here has been removedAfter 16...Bd6 17. bxc3, I hadn't looked deeply enough to appreciate the strength of 17...Qxc3. Having now looked a bit more, I don't see a way for White to either regain the pawn or obtain meaningful counterplay.
On 16...Bd7, my thought was 17. bxc3 Bb5 18. c4. After 18...Qd4+ 19. Be3 Qxc4 20. Qxc4 Bxc4 21. Rfe1, I haven't hit on a way for Black to maintain the extra pawn without the elimination of all of the queenside pawns. But given that 16...Bd6 17. bxc3 Qxc3 seems to maintain the extra pawn, I guess that the evaluation of 16...Bd7 is academic.
I was interested in the time limit for this game, which I realize was blitz.
