Nf3 g5 5. e4 g4 6. e5 gxf3 7. exd6 fxg2 {I should have played Qh4+ when after g3 white is in real trouble after Qe4+ but for some reason my thought process missed it here} 8. Bxg2 Qxd6 {I was looking at the Qh4+ here but discarded it} 9. O-O {This came as a surprise but looks to give me some immediate issues to deal with, but I had to believe that his king can never be safe there and if I can safely castle queen side, I'm going to be better} Nc6 10. Nc3 Nge7 11. Qh5 Be6 {I had hoped to play Rg8 and then Bh3 saving a tempo but this move is necessary here} 12. Nb5 Qd7 13. Qc5 Rg8 {played initially to relieve some of the (non existent)tension on c6} 14. Kh1 Rxg2 {not calculated anything yet other than I can get the exchange back next move and leave his king totally exposed, and then o-o-o and get my other rook into the game} 15. Kxg2 Bh3+ {but hang on, there has to be something on the white squares, just look for it}16. Kg1 {loses immediately} Qg4+ {if white had played Kf2 then i don't think I have anything better than to take the rook, kick the N from B5 and revert back to my previous plan which is still, in my opinion winning, but here after Kf2, Qf4+ is crushing} 0-1

You did pretty good, but your opponent did not seem to know how to play against the dragon. He made a couple unusual moves in the later part of the opening, but seemed okay until he moved his knight away from the center to h2. He seemed to be thinking he needed to advance his kingside pawns for an attack and as a result tried to ignore your threats to the point that he did not even see the checkmate coming. A one track mind for sure.
