I believe Weyerstrass is a Correspondence IM (awarded by the ICCF), not an OTB IM.

I recently started a thread congratulating someone on this site who had been awarded a FIDE title, but it got deleted because I named the person and I got another forum ban to add to my collection.

I thought at the time that this was a little harsh, since the person concerned has pictures of themselves in the their profile and gives enough other information to make it easy to find their real name in about ten seconds of Googling. However it was pointed out to me that every other time I've started a thread about someone, it's been because I believe that they are a cheat, and many people would have naturally assumed I was accusing this person as well.

I had got that impression, however the site admins may need a little prodding to get them into action. Nothing like a pitchfork up the bum to get things moving.

lol posting is pretty self-explainitory. I made my first post within minutes of recieving my confirmation e-mail.
