from the editor... Chessville is temporarily offline, even our email is not working. Our web hosting company is looking into the problem, but being the weekend, had no ideas why and thought it would be Monday at the earliest before they could figure it out. We will continue to work with our web hosting company to resolve the problem, and return Chessville to the web. Meanwhile, today's Chessville Weekly will necessarily be greatly abbreviated. We appreciate your patience as we work through these technical difficulties!

"We're back!! After nearly a week offline Chessville is back online. Apparently we suffered something akin to a denial of service attack, and then had problems communicating with our web host's tech support because yours truly was away from Chessville on other business. We apologize for our absence."
