it's NOT a gambit though.

It is Legall's Mate and is a forced pattern after a couple of error's from black in the philidor

Yes very nice.
That is a mating attack that follow up blacks blunder. (not a gambit).
You actually win a pawn if he takes your knight instead of your queen.
So worse case scenario you win a pawn and trade pieces.

So no piece was gambled (gambited) away for an attacking chance.
