Awesome game!!

Heres a game I played Wednesday night in a league game. Being 15, and most of the other players in my team are uni, I was really happy to get this win!! I had to remove player names (now shown as XYZ) and some bits becuz Russ might not like it. But I was white and thought it was an amazing game.

The pirc defence.

I have never met this before so I had to play from what I knew with the KID.

3. Nc3 g6 4. f4 Bg7 5. Be3 c6 6. Nf3 O-O 7. Bd3 b5 8. a3 Qc7 9. Qd2 Ng4

I didn’t want to give up my bishop because it was a main defender of my centre.

10. Bg1 a6

This creates a weakness on the black queenside squares.

11. h3 Nf6 12. Be3 c5 13. e5 dxe5 14. dxe5

Hard choice of what to take with here.

Fritz said that dxe5 was the right move when I went home.
It gave 1.52, an advantage to white of 1.52 pawns.

14... Nh5 15. g4 Bb7 16. Kf2 Rd8 17. Qe2 Nxf4 18. Bxf4 Nc6 19. Kg3 Nd4 20.
Nxd4 Bxh1 21. e6

With so many active pieces in the centre I thought it would be a good idea to
open up the centre and hope for a tactical game.
