I have heard people talk of 'bad experiences' when they have not taken a timeout lots of times before but I was wondering, is this just an expression to justify the timing out or is it actually true and games have been lost when a timeout was possible?
Originally posted by TyrannosauruschexI've heard of many times when someone had numerous chances to win a game via timeout, choosing not to... and then getting timed out themselves the second the opponent had a chance.

Originally posted by wormwoodI take each and every single possible timeout in every circumstance against subscribers, like cmon, you have a vacation flag.

Against non subs I won't if I'm asked and there's a REALLY good reason.
Originally posted by ih8sensI'm not fussy about the reason, almost anything goes. but they never ask.

right now I can think of only one game I didn't click the skull, and it was with rahim. but we had agreed that neither of us was going to claim the skull, and I kept running out of time.
Usually I just click the skull.
There was one clan challenge that I knew my opponent wouldn't be available too often from his profile so I gave them about a week with the skulls just hanging there before I took them.
I might not take the skull if I find the game interesting, but usually by the time my opponent has ran out of both timeout and timebank then I've usually lost track of the game and will just take the skull.
