Northernlad once wrote that he suspected that ironman was an engine user (in their game(s)), presumably he did not say anything at the time as only players at his level would understand his reasoning (i.e. only a few), so if a smart cheater was playing someone of your level they would probably play you on a lower setting, I am assuming engines allow this facility? I guess they couldn't play naturally as they may (would) be be crap and this would flag up that they were cheating (elsewhere) even more. This would explain how you could fail to suspect a cheater that you were playing.
Never did any real analysis, just took a look. Plus I'm playing him and from the way he's playing there is no way he is using an engine unless its something crappy like chessmaster. Didnt notice a draw against a 2100+ player last time I looked, though don't overestimate these players. I just recentl beat a 2100+ player after he made an un-2100+ like b ...[text shortened]... ctable people who have been here for awhile. Oh well, Russ has to get more money from somewhere.
The main question of course remains who or perhaps more accurately what was bad wolf? was it the tardis (my belief, or at least instigated by the tardis?). I think this may only make sense to the uk as I am of course reffering to the final eposide of the recent dr. who series, who the player obviously took his id from.
