Bah I can't even draw today?

Is it something I ate? I can't seem to even draw today at PlayChess and lost 10 or so bullet games. Who is that guy that started games against me yesterday and then resigns seeing that's its me. I would like to whack him and bring my rating back to an acceptable level.

He probably put you on his ignore list. Some people are sore losers and if you beat them bad enough they will put you on ignore. It then asks them if they want to abort whenever a game starts with you. It's very annoying.
