Anyone familiar with Bangiev's Squares strtaegy? Specifically I'm looking for a clear definition of what the e4 and the d4 area is and the e4 and d4 strategy.
The explanation given by Bangiev's tutorial makes no sense as he uses the same exact setup of pawns and says one is the e4 area and the other the d4 area.
Thanks.

I've got the tutorial software it but I'm not convinced this method works. I did take one of his examples and ran his solution against Shredder and it was the same, but that may have been a contrived situation.
I guess the only way to know for sure if it works is to figure out how it works, but the tutorial software isn't all that clear. . .
