I've been seeing a lot of rather good chess puzzles posted recently but a lot of them are quite complex. Anyways, I decided to post a position from a game I recently played. If your rating is above, lets say 1300, please let the lower rated players give the puzzle a shot before giving it away.

The reason I posted this puzzle is to teach one lesson that took me a while to learn personally: Avoid being mechanical in your thinking. If you find a good move, look for a better one.
That in itself raised my rating about 150 points.
