Game ID 4686894 - I play black and ended up in a variation of KID.
By controlling the center and attacking strong to my weak side, my opponent was able to cut the board in half diagnaly and eliminated any rook lines I tried to open. It forced me to open the protection that I had. I don't play it that well, but I'm getting pretty good unless I lose the center outright.
Hope that helps!

I use to play Saemisch system with Be3...you think that Bg5 is better because you somehow force black to play h6 and g5 ? But isn't this his normal way of black playing on K side ? will you castle long or short in your Saemisch ?
By teh way, I am not very happy with my Saemisch results, and I am considering to change it to somehthing else...with some Q side attacking line...

Against g3 system c6-a6-b5 is no good.

as I see in:
1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 g6 3 Nc3 Bg7 4 e4 d6 5 Bg5 0-0
you delay here f3 for not to commit with Saemisch ? with something like Qd2 ? because I thought black can wait with his system against Saemisch more than white...
I just checked...in white g3 lines white plays e4 even later, so somehow you will show black you play g3 line before he commits to c6-a6 line...and he might change his variation...Am I right ?

when do you decide as white ?

Saemish - 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.e4 d6 5.f3 0-0 6.Bg5
Petrosian - 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 g6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.e4 d6 5.Nf3 0-0 6.Be2 e5 7.d5 with Bg5
P.S. My previous statement was not precious - Petrosian cant arise if white avoids e5 and playing a6-c6-b5.

you will play g3 only based on your black oppoenent previous games?
