Best Move?

Hi,

I'm confounded by a particular position and I hope you guys can help me.

Here is the move list:

1. e2-24, e7-e5
2. Ng1-f3, f7-f5

What should White do on the third move? Should I take with the pawn, should I take with the horse, should I sent my bishop to c4, should I sent my knight to c3, etc.?
