Blitz - CC correlation (ironical thread)

Blitz room, the place where 60 percent of fellow 2000+ players learn to cope (or not to) with basic forks and one move killers. There really isn't any correlation between CC and blitz.

I treat CC like blitz, I cannot take it seriously. The only exception is when I stumble into an interesting position, then I'll take more time. When you can't see your opponent it's hard for me to be bothered about winning or losing.

I just watched two 2200-2300's playing 5-minute blitz on ICC. there were some juicy misses on the way, but check out the endgame. 😀

they had plenty of time as well.

I think this should put to rest the speculation on how well 2000+ players should or shouldn't perform in blitz.
