In blitz you can win by just playing good reasonable moves. In a long chess game you have to find the best move. So blitz is dominated by average but quick players...That's all there's to it.

uchess is only for amateur-place, i think. ratings at there are also pretty bizarre, as about 1% is over 1800 rated and 90% under 1500 rated. if searching good blitz place, i recommend chess21.com or playchess.com
