The best thing you can do right now is try to ask yourself, before each move: "What will my opponent do after I make this move? Am I giving my opponent the chance to take one of my pieces?"
Looking at your games, you seem to move pieces into attacked squares and leave threatened pieces where they are. It's not clear that you are aware of the threats. That is the first thing that has to change before you can play good chess.
Before you make your move, take a second and assess the position on the board. Will your opponent be able to take an undefended piece of yours after you make the move you are planning? If so, reconsider the move, unless you have a very good reason to let the opponent take the piece, or unless you will be exchanging pieces evenly.
Once you stop giving pieces away so often, then you can start worrying about strategy. For now, worry about keeping your pieces safe.
