Can not start new game

I want to start a rematch.
Site says I have reached my limit of 12 games and is denying their entry.
I only have 5 current games open. ??

Well games can be added I did challenge you. (You can delete the game, just see that it is there and additional to the ones you had going..or you can play it would be my pleasure)

Are you sure it isn't saying your opponent has reaches his 12 game limit?
