Can White Draw?

The following occurred in a blitz game I just finished:


White to move

I was White and under a lot of pressure like in most of my 1. d4 games. 🙁 Can White draw and if so, what's the move?

I don't know if you could draw or not but I did notice another thing.
Do you realize that Amost every game in your last 214 are against Petrovitch?? Also in each game you played as white. Also even though petrovitch is 200 points higher rated than you you beat him in all but 4 games with about a dozen draws. You definitely have his number. He'd be a grand master in ratings with an even higher slope if he didn't play you. I looked a couple of them over and theyr'e definitely nice games. 🙂
