CC is correspondence chess (you know that)
Server means no postal or email but they use a server like us here at this site.
Postal and email is the old way.

It's probably the ICCF.
International correspondence chess federation.
Really strong CC players.

Potentially it's 40 players from 40 sites. Early entry may favor you

ICCF is not involved in any way shape or form

deadline is 12 AM June 1 Wisconsin Time
