Well not quite under 20 but close at 21!

Here I was under severe pressure very early on.
Move 14 down a rook and pawn and King in check.
Move 16 now down a knight as well and its looking like curtains.
Move 18 Qf3f1 was opponents downfall as I could see he wanted my rook desperately. By making this move it allowed me to play Bf7h5 and since my opponent was fairly blinkered to getting my rook I knew he would follow through with Qf1e1 which I inevitably answered with Bc1d2 which allowed him to take my rook.
Now I am down 2 rooks, a knight and 3 pawns to my opponents bishop and 2 pawns and I can almost see him rubbing his hands with glee having such a material advantage.
My move 21 to kill the game must have felt like a kick in the teeth.
A reason to never give up, offer up some carrots and then strike when they least expect it.

Shows what can happen if you make too many pointless pawn moves & don't develop.
I like the way you ignored the threats of 8...Bxb2 & 9...Bxa1 to make a bigger threat of your own on f7/g7.
