I think Russian speakers can consider themselves quite lucky looking at amount of chess literature published in this language. There are plenty of books for download at webchess.ru/ebook/.
I am currently working on "Mittelspiel. Plan (middlegame)" by Romanovsky and "600 okonchanii (600 endgames)" by Portish and enjoy them a lot.
