Here's one I made up.
A man came home to his wife and said, "Honey, I just saw the most amazing thing! I was in the park, playing chess. This man walks up and challenges one of the players to the game. The man looks vaguely familiar, and when I saw him play, I was astounded. His attacks came out of nowhere. I'm positive it was Mikhail Tal!" His wife replied, "Tal died years ago, there is no way that was him.". The next day, his husband told her a similar story, but each day the new comer's chess prowess grew, and the stories more and more extravangant, but each day the man insisted that the player was none other than the "Magician from Riga", Mikhail Tal. Finally, his wife, fed up, said, "Honey, please, each day your stories become more and more unrealistic. Stop telling me all these "Tal tales".
