Hmm... I should not have posted this problem.
The solution does not lead to checkmate in a definitive number of moves. My apologies to those who spent time on it.

solution:
31. Rf6! Qc1 32. Bd5 Rg8 (32... gxf6? 33. Rg4) 33. Bxc6

Doesn't Bf7g6 force Rf8xf2. To be followed by Qxd8+, Bc6e8, Qxe8+, Rf2f8, Qxf8++. Doesn't this work as well?
