A lot of people have criticized Chess Life over the years, but now I think it is has become a darn good magazine. Sorry my cat stepped on my key board.......Does anybody subscribe to Chess life mag? is it worth the subscription, I recieved a copy of it today, looks pretty cool.
If you're not a USCF member, though, it's still pretty good and probably worth the price. Some good puzzles and reports from big tournaments with games and usually analysis.

i do skim through the magazine at my local barnes & noble, and do agree that it has improved its content over the last year.
