I didn't know but after several Google searches I found out that IPCA is the International Physically Impaired Chess Association and IBCA is the International Braille Chess Association

I think Scotland will win too. Then Wimbelton next year. Then the World Tabletennis Championship in Bejing. Nothing will stop the Scots! Except perhaps a wee dram at the local pub.

She's actually Hungarian. But she emigrated to the United States a few years ago, and runs a Chess Academy there.
