How do I blunder?
Let me count the ways!
My carriage comes with thorns,
to stow me away with a tango of knights!
But - no - I shed not a tear,
for fear my broken gambit be slain,
laying & bleeding on the dais of truth!

Today! Out the window I look!
My soul in the eyes of a mortal one,
and the marble tussles of his hair arrayed
in golden lamps and shallow graves.
f7 be weak, and h7 skips a small square,
and the c4 bishop dashes here and there,
shooting down on the dark lord,
breaking my spirit, addicting me more!

Save me my Lady, my pretty White Queen,
and tell me of stories of winning being everything.
I need your love, my taunting, haunting beauty.
Gather me yon to the waters of fear,
be I checkmated or slowly move anon!

There once was a king on G8,
surrounded by pawns feeling great,
then he spotted a fork and felt like a dork,
he resigned before it was too late...
