The Ultimate Chess Puzzle Book by John Emms
Chess: 5334 Problems, Combinations and Games by Laszlo Polgar

Both are excellent and will keep you occupied for a long time.

Those are too advanced. I recommend Sharpen Your Tactics by Hays 1200-2000 rating. Emms I would say is 1800-2200.

Understanding Chess Tactics by Martin Weteschnik is ideal for the intermediate club player (1600-1900)

Chess 5,334 Problems, Combinations, and Games is a great tactics book. Not all of it is to advanced. Even I completed all the mate in ones. I have been working on the mate in twos. Its a book you can grow into. Or at least thats what Im hoping.

I have the Ultimate Chess Puzzle book too, and I agree it is very advanced, too much for me at this point.

I have Weteschnick's book recommended above and it's superb. I also have Winning CHess tactics which is quite basic, Polgar's Chess Tactics for Champions is an excellent read. Then Reinfeld's 1001 series are sure to test your skills.
