The first two pages are intersting, but I don't think I'll be reading all 113 here at work. The basics of the paper are that the differnce between a master and a novice is a whole lot more than just pattern recognition capability. There is a long term memory differnce, there is contextual information within those patterns that the master understands and finally with time the master finds better moves than just those in his list of known patterns.
Very interesting, I'll have to take a further glance at home.
