The 'Turk' in Fritz 9 is...how shall I say this...annoying. Is there a way to shut his pie-hole?

have never seen him in fritz, but I guess you can turn the volume of your pc off 😛

I don't have Fritz 9, but in Fritz 8 you can go to tools -- options -- multimedia and uncheck the box to turn off its annoying voice. I would expect something along the same lines in Fritz 9.
