I came across an excellent tutorial (at least I think so!).

My rating here at rhp is around 1450.So what rating does that correspond to, so I can know what to read.

Interestingly, it does not make much difference!

Go to 1400, click on Tactics, and then do as many of each type of puzzle as you can in 10 minutes. That will give you some idea.
