My RHP and ChessWorld reviews are still in the works, but I can say that ChessWorld is the best by far. RHP is certainly an excellent site, and there are many sites that don't even merit a review (yahoo, for example).
This message is old, as my RHP review, and several others, have been up for months.
Of course, "best" is in the eye of the beholder. I pay for two, and RHP is one of these. RHP's forums are far and away the most active, and the team competition seems more spirited (players care about their clan victories). However, several sites offer much better support for game download--own and potential opponents. Forums at other sites also allow active hyperlinks, while RHP does not.
A simple comparative chart is available at http://www.angelfire.com/poetry/wulebgr/comp.htm

I have maybe a stupid question: Why is Timeforchess.com the same as RHP. What is the advantage? I went to Time... expecting a new site and it looked exactly like RHP, except a different shading scheme. As I am partially color blind, it didn't look much different.
