I should welcome some help from any users of ChessBase 9.0 out there. How do I copy and save the results of a search (eg, filtering all the Najdorfs out of the Sicilians) into a separate new database othere than copying them one at a time (which is pretty tedious!)

Here's how to do it in CB8 (I expect 9 is similar):

Make sure your search window isn't maximized, and that you can see both the search window and the main window on your screen. After you do your search, do Edit/Select All (or just hit Ctrl-A). All the games in your search will now be highlighted. Now just drag and drop them all at once onto the icon for your new database.

I believe you can do ctr-A (select all), ctrl-c (copy) got to new database and do ctrl v (paste). Sorted 😀

Thank you for your help : I have sorted it out now and it is rather different to ChessBase 8 or ChessBase lite. If anyone using 9.0 has the problem let me know.
