that guy looks to have lost interest, i would time him out if i was you (though i dont normally) unless he has a vacation flag (i didnt look and cant be bothered to go back and check)
though remember its completely up to you if you time people out, its not rude (though some think it is) as if you agree to a game you agree to move within the time controls
I have also an example against an iragi guy (is the war still going on!?) Slow game a lot ofg waiting, a game not worth to mention, but he now did not move for a ... weeks. This irritates me, playing chess okay but keep your behavior and stick with the discipline to move! and play a decent game of (a know it's a big word) quality chess. Behave and play chess

I also have just learned that I can increase time besides the 3 days limit or some effect.
So I time claimed that game and got checked mated on another and started 2 other being Black..
Hopefully next time, I'll wait longer, but hey..ya never know..
It's not like I'm cheating and the rating are not official USCF ratings, etc.
