Clan game question

So I'm in the middle of a clan game, Game 4314486, and suddenly my opponent is no longer a subscribed user. Doesn't this mean he can't be in a clan, hence he can't play this clan game? What do I have to do, just wait for him to time out?

Nah, he just wont be able to accept any new games until he resubscribes. There is a chance his star might reappear in a few days time when he notices it is gone.
