Click on the Clan Logo in the the third row from the top.

Click on clan leagues in the foruth row last item on the right.

Click on view new season.

Click on enter or edit a team.

Under the relevant league (eg 3/7), you should see (if it's open) a link that says view next season's team, after clicking on that you'll have the option to enter your team

you also need 6 players with their shields showing to enter a team..
