I have had people decline it a few times here.
Bit of a pigs ear out of this one Game 3765817 after a promising start - after move 15 I look in fine form(!) but I think I won the other declined which I played a while back.

Also, I was PM'd by cmsmaster regarding the King's Gambit Players clan being wound-up over a month ago, with no new challenges being issued.
These are the first games I have resigned like that since I joined RHP in July 2006 & I am no longer a member of Clan 24529
