Help anyone!

I am playing against a guy who admitted he is using a computer program against me! I am at my highest score ever, am working really hard, now I have to lose two games and watch it sink back down about 20-40 pts. Grrrr!!!

What can I do? Can we erase these games or force a resignation or draw somehow? I prefer not to name the fellow outright on the board, and wish someone would talk to him. I talked to him already, politely, but it didn't register to him. He thinks it's OK. Good grief! :-(

Nothing unless this server can read the message he used to admit he is using a program. If he used game chat to state he is using a program maybe red hot pawn can read the chat and will cancel or forfit the games.

Is the program used by Gambit3? He is offering a game in the Meet Opponents room to anyone that wants to play prog on prog. It's stupid if you ask me, he can get booted for that. Can't he?

No, not if his opponent knows beforehand and consents to it. But I agree that it is pointless. Unless he programmed the machine himself, why should he care how well it does against another program?

I had a game here where I let Fritz7 play CM9000(phlabibit).The game is unrated,of course.Maybe it seems stupid to you,but I wanted to see how Fritz would do against CM.I also had Rebel play flexmore with Rebel denied the castling option.I now have Fritz play the Budapest gambit against Phla's CM,just to see how it would handle this opening as it is regarded as somewhat dodgy and because I play it myself.All games are unrated and were announced in public so everybody knew what's going on.Maybe it's stupid,but there's nothing wrong with it.
