With a rating of "only" 2159 OTB I don't think he has an official title.

2159 KNSB is about the same playingstrength as 2159 FIDE or 2259 USCF

But a correspondance IM is different from being an OTB IM.

So we have a correspondence specialist then. Cool too. I'm more of an over the board player. On the site here I'm usually 150 rating less than at the club.

Ronald Weyerstrass (NED) achieved the ICCF IM title in 1990, before the computer era. You can see this for yourself at the link below. Look at the pdf file labelled IM which is listed by country.
