Does anyone know where I can find good information on this defense on the internet? I can't find a damned thing! Thanks for your help in advance.

Oh. The .pgn is really just a text file, with the games recorded in algebraic notation, so you can use a notepad or word processor. But the .pgn format is a standard way of recording chess games and most chess programs can view .pgn databases. There are freeware .pgn viewers, too, the most famous of which is Winboard. I don't have a link handy but Google should have no trouble finding it.

You could also download chessbase light from www.chessbase.com. That will provide you with a board that plays pgn files, not to mention a database to store them in.
