I downloaded the Scid program to compile a database of my games. Should I include my best games, or should I include all games? If I include all, is there a quicker way to import them than one at a time? Should I go back and import old games when I wasn't playing at my current level?

Then open a new file on notepad++ and copy and paste all your games to it. Then save this this file with .pgn extension and you have all your games in one pgn file with minimum work.
