Start playing the line as white and see which black responses cause you the most problems. If that is too difficult, give up chess and try football, all you have to do then is run after the other guys in the general direction of the ball

Although Black's a pawn down, he is quite a bit ahead in development and will be able to kick the queen gaining even more time. It's a bit pathetic for White to bring out his queen and go pawn grabbing like that.
See Thread 54168 that is the Parham_Attack. Nakamura deserves a kick for breaching conventional chess principles and encouraging milllions of players to follow his example.
Do not make Queen sorties in the opening.
