Delete rated games

Hi, if I delete a game that is rated BUT it hasn't started yet, will I be rated with a loss? Thank you.

as well as a lot of people who can't read "under 1000, 1200, 1300, etc rating ONLY, fast paced" either, for me to get a game with someone close to my rating is almost impossible as it seems people just click randomly to join a game.
