a good hour per day for even six months would yield great improvement. of course it has to be a quality hour. Actually, even a good 15 minutes of tactics per day for six months would yield significant improvement; like going through reinfeld's 1001 combinations.

I meant FIDE or national ratings indeed, reaching 2400 on RHP, hmm, well, difficult without some dedication I'd say
