Certainly losing x number of pounds is possible.

Walking 3 miles a day for 2 years might also work ...that`s maybe 1 hour a day more or less but not just for 2 ...[text shortened]... tudy tactics for 1 hour a day for like 2 years I would predict gigantic increase in your rating.
a good hour per day for even six months would yield great improvement. of course it has to be a quality hour. Actually, even a good 15 minutes of tactics per day for six months would yield significant improvement; like going through reinfeld's 1001 combinations.
