Lol Green I love you! Yes I see why he is playing on im just frustrated cause Im not going to let a stalemate happen 🙂 He may play on for as long as he wishes its just going to drive me crazy. Hey Green you up for a game? I want to play against some higher rated people to get some practice in.

I could understand that one abit more...still had a queen...couple of pieces down..but ya know. This guy only has a king and pawn vs. my queen and rook and an extra pawn. I know how to not stalemate nowadays. Its not going to happen -_- Its fine to fight on! By all means people fight! Geees. I like this thread more and more everyday 🙂

Hi Clarke.

I really enjoy just picking guys games at random and flicking through them.
Spotting missed shots of or cute finishes.
I see opening ideas (some have large doses of optimism)
It keep me sharp and sometimes I stumble on a real cracker.
Watching two 1300 players hacking away at each other is wonderful fun.
It makes a refreshing change from playing over GM games where
all the fun is never seen.

Have a look at the last 10 moves of Game 6959126 the lad spotted
the stalemate, played for it and pulled it off.
The pleasure it must have given him would be worth more than 10 wins.

And some want to rob chess players of going for these....Oh No.

Thats his opponents fault for not seeing the stalemate...its not that he saw some line that was forced..he just saw a possibility and his opponent missed one...lol Do I have any "cute" wins Green? Find any of my games awesome? Or noteworthy? <----Serious curiosity!


and FYI the game just finished with NO stalemate thank you!...we are now playing a rematch! lol

Pfft -- I often miss mates in the end game. if I catch a mate in two there may be a wee green light on somewhere.
