    Any good strategy against this opening. I seemed to get creamed when White plays this.

    control the centre.....


    if you manage to get pawns suported pawns at d5 and e5 that means you have closed the bishop diagonals.

    The double fianchetto has fewer takers at the highest level. Gain rapid central control. In the end your opponent will realise that bishops like to work in harmony not in crossfire. It is hard to get an attack (or defence) that would use both these bishops together if you control the central squares that block the bishops in.
