Yeah I think you got away with that one. Your opponent shouldn't have offered or accepted a draw based on that passed pawn and the bishops of opposite color.

It isn't a slam dunk but it shouldn't be drawn

Difficult to make progress with opposite coloured Bishops but that weak c3 pawn and blacks passed d pawn just tilt it in blacks favour although blacks 4 pawn islands and doubled pawns do create problems of their own, plus black needs to improve his B and open lines by getting his pawns off those white squares.

As black I would play on for a few more moves. Of course he may have offered a draw knowing he was better for reasons unconnected with chess.
