Do you guys know any traps in the Dutch defence ? I was wondering becuase I'm not sure whether it's worth playing the Stuanton Gambit Variation of it , so I need some help before I allow my opponent's to get into a fierce Stonewall or Leningrad system .
White gets to set the pattern of the game.
Usual 'trap' is where Black tried to hold the e4 pawn. eg 1.d4 f5 2. e4 fe4 3. Nc3 d5 4. Qh5 (or 3. Nc3 Nf6 4. Bg5 d5 5. Bg5 ef6 6. Qh5).
Although Black can play 1.e6, but this limits their options.
