i just went to the local Books a Million and they didn't have it...
it was funny, asked the lady at Customer service to run a search by author's last name to see if they had it...
she says: "sure, but it shouldn't be a common last name"
of course, i say how about Dvoretsky?
and she got this retarted look on her face...
it was funny...
